The Australian-born entrepreneur is a Founder of Finder, a global fintech, worth over half a billion, attracts over 10 million visits each month, about 500 crew across seven offices, and can be found in over 80 countries.
Fred spearheaded the group’s venture capital arm, Finder Ventures where he thrives in the startup phase of launching new business ideas. He led the launch of the group’s cryptocurrency brokerage HiveEx in 2018, which traded over $100 million in its first year.
Since 2018, Fred has been leading the Finder app, which is an Australian-first innovation that combines personal finance management with automated comparison and cryptocurrency. It connects a user’s bank accounts, analyses insights and sends automated alerts on when they can compare products and potentially save money. The app also offers crypto trading and a crypto yield product, Finder Earn, with up to 6.01 percent p.a. on your capital. Launched in March 2020 with plans to roll out in the USA and UK, the Finder app is used by almost 300,000 Australians.
In 2020, Fred launched Schebesta Ventures, a platform to help more startups develop their business ideas. His first independently published book in 2021, "Go Live! 10 Principles to Launch a Global Empire" is a #1 Amazon Best Seller and shares Fred’s journey of building online businesses for the past two decades and the principles behind his success. Fred is proud to announce the
Fred Schebesta Go Live! Initiative, where 30% of all profits from Schebesta Ventures will be invested in startups.
In 2021, Fred launched blockchain investment fund Hive Empire Capital, which invested in Balthazar, an NFT gaming platform about building an innovative ecosystem to make NFTs, cryptocurrency, and gaming more accessible for more people. Fred is also a Balthazar advisor.
