5. Bitcoin Golden Ticket holders who request a Finder Wallet to access their BTC must be identified under AUSTRAC obligations and prove identity with a valid government issued ID (passport or drivers licence)

TERMS OF USE

This agreement is between Schebesta Ventures (the ‘Promoter’) and the individuals who find a Bitcoin Golden Ticket (“Ticket”) and then are the first person to claim the Bitcoin amount associated with each Ticket (“Entrant”) in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Schebesta Ventures is giving away AU$1000 worth of BTC at the time of purchase, July 29, 2021 (AEDT), inside 10 paperback books. The amount of BTC is divided into 10 different amounts in each book. See above table for values.

The 10 Bitcoin Golden Tickets expire on August 31, 2021 (AEDT).

AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE

By completing the form to redeem your Bitcoin Golden Ticket or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a Bitcoin Golden Ticket, you:

1. agree to be bound by these Terms of Use;
2. warrant to us that you will comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and that the Bitcoin Golden Ticket will not be used in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers; and
3. acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy

CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Eligibility is to Australian and New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years or over. Bitcoin Golden Ticket holders must scan the QR code on the ticket and complete the online form including a valid email address and the unique 8 digit code on the ticket to be contacted via email to receive their Bitcoin. Bitcoin Golden Ticket holders must have their own digital wallet or open a Finder Wallet (Australia) in the Finder app to receive their Bitcoin.
2. Eligible Bitcoin Golden Ticket holders must be identified according to AUSTRAC obligations and prove identity with a valid government issued ID
3. You acknowledge that we may allow access to the BTC to anyone who completes the form with a valid 8 digit code. Your 8 digit code is simply our way of identifying your Bitcoin Golden Ticket. It does not offer you any protection or security if your Bitcoin Golden Ticket is lost or stolen. 
4. You are solely responsible for any loss caused by use of your Bitcoin Golden Ticket and 8 digit code by you or any other person, including any use not approved or contemplated by you.
5. You must notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] if you know or suspect any unauthorised use of your Bitcoin Golden Ticket.
6. Only available in the paperback version of the book, Go Live! 10 Principles to Launch a Global Empire by Fred Schebesta. Not available in the e-book version or audio book.

ACCESSING YOUR BITCOIN (BTC)

To receive the BTC, Bitcoin Golden Ticket holders much do the following:

1. Purchase the book Go Live! 10 Principles to Launch a Global Empire from an online bookstore listed above or from leading bookstores in Australia or New Zealand
2. If you’ve found a Bitcoin Golden Ticket inside, open your camera or QR code reader on your smartphone and scan the QR code or head to fredschebesta.com/golden-ticket
3. Navigate to the page and complete the form by filling in your name, email (so we can contact you to claim your Bitcoin) and your 8 digit code located on the bottom right on the Ticket (so we know you found the Ticket and can send you the correct allocation)
4. We will let you know via email how much Bitcoin you have won and send instructions on how to claim your Bitcoin.
5. If you are opening a Finder Wallet, you will also be instructed to click a link to be identified before you are able to receive the BTC.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The giveaway promotion commences at 12AM AEDT on the 29th of July, 2021. The promotion ends on the 31st of August, 2021. If the Bitcoin Golden Tickets have not been located and a form completed with the corresponding 8 digit code has not been submitted by 11.59PM August 31, 2021, the BTC associated with the missing Bitcoin Golden Tickets will be forfeited. The Bitcoin Golden Ticket holders must claim their prize by 11.59PM August 31, 2021 by submitting their completed form or they will not be eligible to receive the BTC.

 If this giveaway is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.

Any cost associated with accessing the Finder app or digital wallet is each Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
