Today marks Day 4 of my 5-day challenge to run 10km per day, a total of 50km running on soft sand. It’s part of a new podcast episode coming out soon. And it’s really hurting. 😩
I didn’t have to choose this challenge. But I wanted to choose something that would test me both mentally and physically. I want to inspire you to challenge yourself and there’s a good reason.
Life begins when you’re in the uncomfortable zone. It’s where growth happens. You discover things about yourself that you didn’t realise. And I’m definitely uncomfortable right now.
It’s what successful people do every single day. 😬
