- But first, what’s the number 1 skill for teens...
Before I returned to New York City, I was asked by a 15 year-old: what’s the number 1 skill to learn as a teen?
The answer was easy. The best skill kids can learn is to code. And the good news is, if you’re not a kid it’s never too late to learn!
Why? Because coding is the future. And the sooner you can learn this skill the more likely you will crush it and set yourself up for success.
⚡️FRANKIE LEE PODCAST ⚡️
It was awesome to chat with Frankie Lee on the Frankie Lee podcast. We talked about play-to-earn in the crypto space, accepting who you are and why it’s important to be yourself, the early days of starting Finder, and my book “Go Live! 10 Principles to Launch a Global Empire”.
Ciao and I would do anything to keep our startup running. Cash flow was the number 1 driver that will make or break your business and so we had to think creatively.
Before there was Airbnb, Ciao and I were renting out rooms in our share house. Over a period of two and a half years we had 21 people live with us.
This is the kind of commitment and sacrifice you need when you start a business. You need to do anything to give it the opportunity to survive.
The energy in this podcast is epic! Check it out here.
⚡️ YOUR COMMITMENT CONTRACT ⚡️
In my book “Go Live!” I start with Principle 1: Grow Outside of your Comfort Zone, and it talks about the sacrifices you need to make in order to give 100% commitment to your business idea.
At the end of this chapter is a Commitment Contract and I ask you to sign it. By writing down your commitment and the areas you are willing to make sacrifices, you will be more focused and more likely to follow through.
I have a free Commitment Contract on my website that you can download here.
And check out the book if you want to learn some of my lessons and hacks to building a global empire! It hit Number 1 Amazon Best Seller in its first week 🤯
