🎄Book your Christmas Party at the Crypto Castle!
Oct 17, 2022
I have a castle in Sydney’s South Coogee, the Crypto Castle, and I want to share some cool facts with you.
There's something special about the Crypto Castle and as soon as I purchased it I wanted to share the magic so I opened the doors to film crews, artists, businesses and families for networking events, film and TV shows, music videos, fashion shoots and holiday stays. There have even been wedding proposals!
Are you looking for an event space for your Christmas Party? I have one for you 🏰
It was built on the clifftop in the 1990s by renowned architect Renato D’Ettorre, and with 40 metres of frontage it has endless views that sweep across the Pacific Ocean from Sydney’s famous Bondi to Lurline Bay. There are four levels of event spaces which include an infinity edge heated pool, rooftop platform with 360 degree views, alfresco areas and commercial kitchen.
Why so famous?
The Crypto Castle shot to worldwide fame when renowned photographer Herb Ritts was commissioned to do a photo shoot of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman for the 1999 Hollywood film Eyes Wide Shut.
Since then, it has become an iconic backdrop for many TV shows and films including the first season of The Apprentice Australia in 2009, and more recently Prime Video’s Luxe Listings Sydney, TV show Mr Inbetween, it was recently featured on Better Homes and Gardens, and The Project.
Where fashion meets fortress
When I first walked inside the Crypto Castle I could feel an energy that I’ve never experienced before. Every corner emanates a unique vibe with its own shadows, angles and outlook. It’s an extremely creative space and makes me feel energised.
This is probably why there have been countless fashion shoots at the castle including Converse, Culture Kings, Pretty Little Thing, Rebecca Vallance, P.E. Nation, to name a few.
